Orders placed today are estimated to arrive within:

United States: 7-12 business days + 1-3 days processing time.

A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may vary due to high demand or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and will always work to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details 

It’s important to double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can lead to delays or cancellations.

If you notice an error, email us at hello@Inobity.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.

If our system detects address issues, our team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we work hard to ship quickly. However, some delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact the courier to file a claim. They may require additional information to process the claim.

Please note that Inobity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do everything we can to help. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered.
